The China Clean Transportation Partnership (CCTP) is a non-governmental, non-profit and voluntary platform to foster communication, cooperation and joint research. With the core values of Independence, Professionalism, Sharing, and Inclusivity, the CCTP is committed to driving positive transformation in China's transportation sector by integrating cross-sectoral, cross-industry, cross-institution, and cross-region resources, focusing on policy and technological innovations, and summarizing and disseminating lessons learned from China locally and nationally.
In 2020, we held 3 salon conversations and co-host 1 global conference, among which there were about 100 experts and specialists from more than 80 institutions contributing their profound and forward-looking views. In order to facilitate the research on energy saving and emission reduction of automobiles, with the support of the Energy Foundation, Mr. Jin Yuefu, the former Deputy Chief Engineer of the China Automotive Technology and Research Center Co., Ltd, compiled the "Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction in China’s Transportation Sector: A Review of Statistics and Regulation" report. This report collects statistics from official authorities and third parties, including on China’s economic and energy trends, automobile industry development, transport safety performance, and motor vehicle emissions control. In addition to the statistics, the yearbook also lists important standards and regulations closely related to the ongoing clean transportation transition in China.
This report is compiled and updated annually. A series of thematic data briefing is specially prepared on this basis, in order to track and share the latest global data in a timely manner.
